Client given few STOs for which delivery completion indicator can not be updated.

After analyzing understand that full quantity is not delivered against these STOs. These STOs are generated against contracts, which are fully assigned by call offs(sales orders). Hence Force completion (delivery completion) also not possible in the STO. This issue might be resolved either by completing the full delivery against STO or adjust the quantity in Call-offs and contract.
